Return and Refund Policy

Parts Order Policy:

- Quotes valid for a period of (15) days after date produced.

- Product returns must be processed within (30) days of the date of delivery and are only

accepted based upon inspection of the returned product(s).

- Freight charges incurred from a product return are to be prepaid by the Purchaser.

- Product returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Special Order products are returnable

only upon approval and may incur additional re-stocking fees or non-returnable

status.

- Drop Shipment and Expedited Orders may be placed only upon approval and will

result in additional 15% at the expense of the Purchaser.
